About: Direct Negotiations With Iran

Who has the right to say if another country should or should not have the ability to produce electrical power? We should not get involved. As far as "...the country obviously doesn’t need it" who has the ability to say the county does not need a really efficient way of producing electricity. Why in the world would they want to keep using a non-renewable resource. I am not saying that if they had the intentions of using nuclear weapons someone should not step in but, the materials are much different for use with a nuclear reactor than creating nuclear war heads. Don't let them get "bomb-grade" uranium, if the world has a problem with it and not just us.

Howstuffworks.com:

Nuclear reactor:

"To build a nuclear reactor, what you need is some mildly enriched
uranium. Typically, the uranium is formed into pellets with
approximately the same diameter as a dime and a length of an inch or so."

Nuclear bomb:

"In order for these properties of U-235 to work, a sample of uranium must be enriched . Weapons-grade uranium is composed of at least 90-percent U-235"

yea and lets everyone hug and sing kum-by-ya

This would be great if Iran's leader wasent a nut job. Can we trust him NOT to build nuclear weapons when he makes statements like "Isreal should be wiped off the planet" and "the holocost was  exaggerated"? He obviously has an agenda. The WORLD, not the US, cannot take that risk.
