John McCain has ripped into Barack Obama's lack of foreign policy experience., pointing out he's never visited Iraq or Afghanistan.
Even in a recent poll, only 48 percent of registered voters said Obama would make a good commander in chief. Conversely, 72 percent say that about McCain.
So now that Obama is off to Iraq and Afghanistan and several other countries, what does the McCain camp say now?
Quote: But a spokeswoman for McCain said Thursday that Obama's trip was politically motivated. "It's about politics. It's a way for Obama to try and compete on foreign policy," Jill Hazelbaker said.
How could anyone think this is about politics. It's just the presidency.
