A Reminder of Another Socially Challenging Pregnancy in its Time...

Obama's impulsive message to America's youth (with concern to abortion)
has already let every minor child in America know that if he (Obama) is
elected President, any female child in the country who makes a mistake
and gets pregnant should be able to get an abortion because President
Obama says so and that's what he would do for his own daughter in the
same situation.
In my opinion, what a potential President should be teaching is
'abstinence' and moral correction and should not to be encouraging by
example the type of behavior that leads to spiritual degeneration and
to the ultimate condemnation of America's youth.
It is one thing as a parent to force a child to get an abortion that
the parent sees 'as in the best interests' of the child, and another
thing to advocate this as a national policy as a potential President in
a way that leads all of our children to believe that if they make an
error in judgment with regards to having illicit sex that they can
always get an abortion to 'fix' everything, with or without the
approval of parents...which is the way it would be in many of the
States.
Is this the direction we want any President to take the nation?
Isn't the 'abortion thing' already enough out-of-control?
Parents should be teaching their children 'abstinence' until marriage...and that's all they should be teaching them.
America's children should be taught to have 'moral' discipline.
Meanwhile, if something does happen and a child does get pregnant, the
parent(s) need to be able to make a decision for their child based on
their knowledge of the child and in the best interests of their child,
which includes making any 'spiritual' decisions they deem necessary if they believe their child is
incompetent in these matters.
Paradoxically, Barack Obama (by example) has declared 'war' on America's youth and he doesn't even realize it.
Yet, like lemmings, many of the young voters do flock to him.
A sad commentary for America...as sad as what's happening in California
right now with regards to the legalization of gay marriage, not to
speak of the State of Massachusetts.
